just watched the latest podcast of CrankyGeeks, and guess what...Singapore was mentioned twice, one for being highest number of users on Facebook? and the other, two of them expressed they were impressed with Korea and Singapore in terms of broadband, i think...

i liked the part about U.S. and Korean schoolgirls on their dream phones, it really showed how far ahead Korea and Japan are in technology...

i managed to watch the documentary History of Singapore over Discovery Channel the other day. i have yet to get my DVD Recorder to work with Cable TV, and my friend was not at home yet to help to record.

then yesterday, while i was browsing the shelves at Video Ezy, I saw the DVD package of the documentary, selling at S$29.90.

i went to check out Popular - got points to earn - could not locate the DVD at the Popular branch at White Sands, so I bought the DVD from Video Ezy for S$29.90 - promotion price.
